+ 0 moreThey came out on a weekend and were very responsive. Their regular service is great and their emergency service is even better. The price is fair; another company's prices for the same job was $30 more an hour. Their name is "Superior" for a reason.
Description of Work: I've dealt with them a few times. The first time they came out and took care of a problem with the system to the street. The other time they came out and took care of a water leak and cleaned the drain.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreI NEEDED A NEW GAS LINE RUN. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY TO SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ESTIMATOR WAS OUT, BUT THAT HE WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY. ON TUESDAY, I CALLED TO INQUIRE WHY NO ONE HAD CALLED. THE OWNER "CHAD" PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I HADN'T CALLED HIS COMPANY, BUT HE DID SAY THAT HE WAS OUT ON FRIDAY. FROM THE VISITED LINK IN ANGIE'S LIST AND MY NOTES, IT WAS OBVIOUS I HAD CALLED THIS COMPANY. I FIGURED I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, SO WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY. CHAD NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL (YES THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER)!!! IT'S SERVICE LIKE THIS GIVES THE HOME IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY SUCH A BAD REPUTATION!
