The owner is reasonable. Had work done in my well room. The installation team made some mistakes but the owner made it right. They showed up on time and got the job done. Summit was most reasonably priced.

+ 0 moreIt went really well. It's hard to find good contractors you can trust to get the job done. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't cheap. No _REAL_ foundation repair will be. If it can't be cheap, the best you can hope for is that it's done correctly, and this company definitely does it right. I look forward to working with them again soon.
