Stones Construction did a great job with our basement project! In every large project you do have to expect that there will be some problems. What is important to me is to be able to talk with your contractor through those issues and that the contractor has a listening ear and has integrity to address the issues that have merit and not disappear on you. Not every issue as a homeowner has merit by the way so I think it is important to keep that in mind as a homeowner. Stone Construction’s crew was amazing, especially Bo (Worker) and Damon (The Project Manager); they were very polite, did great work and did a professional job from painting, drywall, flooring, etc. Our biggest issue was due to some plumbing issues that did cause our project to have some challenges but again working with a company that does good work and has integrity to talk through problems is very hard to find. Chad and company took care of the issues and our basement looks great! My wife and I just love Bo and Damon! Great guys to have in your home!

We requested a quote for two bathroom remodels. Now these remodels are just general remodels, no plumbing/electrical was being moved. We appreciate the politeness and professionalism of the company. The company was on time and courteous and the quote was detailed. However, the price was very high and on top of the price, we had to buy all the materials. I don't have a problem with buying all the material, but on top of the price...phew! I'm sure they do quality work, but they weren't in our budget. We received a quote for significantly less and went with another contractor. I'm just an average joe and these bathrooms are standard size, 10x6 bathrooms. This is just to let readers know. I may hire again for a different job, if price was in line.

Stone's Construction and Remodeling did a great job! They were reasonable to work with during the whole project, and their carpentry work was outstanding! They showed up to work early and on time and kept things going without any delays on their part. They cleaned up after themselves as well. All the workers were courteous and kid-friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed remodeling work done, and we look forward to having them quote future home projects.

Everything with Stone Construction went very well. The crews that worked on the house were professional and friendly. It was easy to communicate with the crew manager and everything on Stone's Construction side went in a timely manner. We did have some issues with the supplier of our new cabinets. While I enjoyed working with ProSource on that end of the project, we had issues with measurements and receiving all that was needed to complete the kitchen and a bathroom. That was NOT Stone Construction's fault. In the end, they remodeled 3 full and a half bath, the main floor kitchen (including knocking out walls and raising a ceiling and redoing a fireplace.) They installed a new kitchen in the basement of our home and added a new room. This was a HUGE project and while there was a hiccup once in a while, everything was completed. Stone's has come back twice now to take care of punch list items that have arisen since the project was finished. There was nothing major that arose, but they came back and took care of the little things. Throughout the project they were very responsive.

Stone Construction as a company is a great company to hire for your next project. I reviewed several contractors/construction companies and actually had 3 come out to look over what I was planning to do. I made my choice not only because the company had good ratings and provided documentation and references, but because they provided more than just the construction piece. They were willing to make sure after the project was complete they helped with moving items in and out, plus was willing to hang shelves or setup the area as I needed to make sure the project was as complete success. Also, my project changed mid process after I could not get approval for my original design by our association. Stone Construction was able to adapt and change with my project. I kept Chad updated through the project and he made sure he provided what I needed to make it right and make me happy. The couple of guys that he brought in after the project was complete really done a great job and was willing to help with whatever I asked them for, which was a wonderful experience.

It was completed in a timely manner, and the work was done with professional care and constant feedback. When they say you get what you pay for, that is so true with this company. They provide excellent service for the work they do. They are very committed to providing work that meets the expectations of the customer. They offer suggestions on options to give you the look you want, but are not pushy about their direction. They are careful to leave the final decision up to you. After the work was completed on the house, it was listed on the market and was sold faster than even the agent expected.

Stone's Construction was great to work with for our addition/kitchen re-model. Everyone on the team is hard working and do beautiful work. They are extremely responsive. Very pleased with the results. would hire again.

Exceptional. Mr. Stone's staff of craftsmen are exemplary. Chad Stone and his Administrative Assistant, Cindy, are wonderful people. Both kept me informed of changes, schedules, and payments. They were available to me 100% of the time. Its good to work with honest forthcoming people. I am grateful for having this contractor do this remodeling work for me.

Timing was phenomenal and they were in and out quickly even without utilities. Some issues were found upon buyers inspections but they were very quick to get all resources engaged to resolve at no cost.

Its, going. I am very impressed by the craftsmanship. Stone Construction is the best. Chad Stone (Owner) is an honest gracious person. He will let you know the facts and costs. You will not find a gentleman like him. Cindy, the secretary, who handles a lot paper work and ordering of supplies is a joy and very knowledgeable in remodeling and construction. So far the work has been impeccable. Chad knows quality quite well. He has been in this business for a long time. Work has been performed and deliveries have been on time. If there is any delay, you will be informed immediately. I keep in constant contact with Cindy and Chad. They are always there to give me advice and let me know the truth. If I desire changes in the work or design, Chad is quite accommodating. If Chad feels something is amiss he will let you know. I feel very comfortable and secure with Stone's Construction. This Company works for you! The best thing to do is call Stone's and experience them for yourself. I will write another review when the remodeling is complete and I know it will be the great quality.

The project was estimated to take about 8 weeks to complete and ended up taking about 6 weeks. Everything went smoothly and the 6 weeks went by very quickly. There were a lot of workers in and out during the project and everyone was very professional and hard working. If we had any questions during the process, they were answered very quickly and Chad made sure we were satisfied with how things were going. Chad also helped guide and direct us in the decision making process, which was very helpful. We are so excited to start using this new space Stone's Construction created for us!

We heard about Stone’s Construction in an ad, we chose them because the owners are Christians, Licensed & Bonded, top score with BBB and Angie’s List! Chad Stone was very professional, reliable, and accessible! He gave us a great deal/discount and a super discount on the tiling of the upstairs bathrooms... more than he should have, because we chose them to finish our basement! His employees were the most polite and respectful young men! It’s difficult for anyone to have construction going on in their home, especially around the holidays, but we enjoyed their energy! They did a great job and appreciate them all so much!

Excellent! From the time Mr Stone walked in to my home, he understood what I wanted. The bathroom and laundry room was way beyond my expectations. Just beautiful. The work was done in timely order. The gentlemen he had working here, were very nice, explaining any questions that I had. Very professional. Every day before they left, they cleaned up the area, so I did not have to worry about nails on the ground or anything. I would recommend Stone's Construction for any job that you may have.

Chad (the owner) arrived to meet with us to go over what we wanted done. We were given an hour window and he was very punctual. Our estimate was delivered in about 36 hours from the time of meeting. When the contract was signed we were given a time frame for the work to be completed. We were kept informed on when Stone Construction would be at our home. The workers were very considerate and punctual. I felt like a valued customer. One issue came up and it was taken care of immediately and without hesitation. I would not hesitate to use Stone Construction for any and all future projects.

The roof is beautiful, and was completed, even over the new addition, with no issues. All detrius was collected each night, and hauled away daily. Roof was appropriately tarped even when an unexpected series of very heavy rains with strong winds happened in the midst of the job, very little water incursion occurred, and what did manage to enter was dealt with quickly and without fuss.

We are in the end stages of this extensive remodeling. The foundation work, erection of inside walls, obtaining of permits, coordination of sub-contractors, dry-wall and mudding have all gone very well. Inspections went smoothly, and Chad and his crew have gone out of their way to work cleanly. Painting is happening as we speak, and flooring is ready for install. The space, including the vaulted ceilings, is exactly what we contracted for. This job, (it's now October 12th, 2018) started in August, and has flown by. We were promised the addition would be completed before Christmas, but it is quite possible that most if not all work will be complete by Halloween. To say we are thrilled with the pace is to downplay our satisfaction.

Stone's Construction did a beautiful job with our house and the siding job. Chad's crew cleaned up every day, coordinated delivery of siding, hauled all of the old siding away and wrapped the house itself with insulation once it became clear that our siding had been placed on top of bare wood. Very pleased with the look of the house, and the siding (completed in August 2018) and shutters are pristine.

Communication was good and workers were prompt. Installed roof, gutters, fanfold and siding. Stayed on job until completion. Easy access to updates via text/email/phone. Completed work looks great.

Workers were fast, laying out floor plan to our exact requirements. Constructed four rooms in unfinished basement. Would definitely hire again for any sort of general construction work.

We loved working with Chad and his team. They were professional. Had great communication. Excellent work. They were the cheapest we found, that didn’t lack in quality. We will definitely hire them for any future projects we don’t take on ourselves.

The new decking looks fantastic. Chad's team was great to work with and made everything exactly like we wanted it. Communication was great from the beginning, and all our questions or concerns were addressed. We would definitely hire this company again.

This was not a simple project as the home was built in 1899 and the roof tied into two different structures and included box gutters which needed to be rebuilt, lined, etc. The crew was able to re-use the original posts and railings and preserved the look of the original porch. We had very few issues through the process and any questions, problems, schedule adjustments were handled quickly. We appreciated the professionalism and great communication.
