I have sold eight houses in my lifetime, and Sherri was by far the most professional, courteous, and efficient Realtor I have had occasion to work with. She provided a full market analysis to provide us with the best possible information in order to properly price our home. We were worried, having listed our home in late summer instead of late spring, that we lost the opportunity to sell to a family that needed to be in our school district before the school year started. But Sherri came through, and we were able to sell our home in less than 60 days. Sherri is a terrific Realtor. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
