+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE TECHNICIANS, SALES ASSOCIATE, AND INSTALLERS WERE ALL COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE ON THE SERVICE PLAN WITH PRIORITY SERVICE. THE FURNACE WAS REPLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF THE FURNACE INSPECTION. THIS COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE AND HAVE HELPED US OUT SEVERAL TIMES WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE MAY HAVE HAD AND IN THIS EMERGENCY SITUATION. THEY ALSO INSPECT OUR AC UNIT EACH YEAR.
Description of Work: REPLACED FURNACE WHICH UPON ANNUAL INSPECTION HAD SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER.
