Description of Work: Clothes dryer need a new motor. This is the 2nd time I have used Selby. He is great; I wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: They replaced a pulley assembly inside the dryer that the belt rests on. That fixed the issue we were having.

Description of Work: I called for service and I never received a call back. I tried again and the man was very short with me. He acted as if he would be going out of his way to look at my refrigerator.

Description of Work: Fixed the igniter in our gas range. The were on time, prepared, and very polite. I would hire Selby again!

Description of Work: They determined the dryer drum was out of alignment due to a worn bolt. They replaced the bolt with a new one. The dryer has worked fine since.

Description of Work: Selby and his partner came in time window they had specified (toward the end of the window, but still within it). They diagnosed the issue with my washing machine within five minutes, told me that it would be too expensive to fix, recommended I buy another, and even provided the name a nearby appliance store currently having a sale on machines. They charged for making the service call, but nothing else. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, honest and polite. I'll definitely go back to them.

Description of Work: We used Selby to repair a leak on an L-G washing machine. Initial call he arrived, diagnosed the issue as a cracked inlet valve. He let me know he couldn't order the part but if we did he would return and install the valve. Gave me all the information required to order the part which I was able to order an OEM part via Amazon cheaper and quicker than through the manufacturer directly. |I highly recommend Selby for his knowledge, skill and integrity. Description of Work: I called Selby and my call was returned within a half hour. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate for repairing my washer; however, we decided to purchase a new washer rather than repair the non-working one.

Description of Work: When I called with a dryer problem, Mr. Shelby said it sounded like the cause might be a clogged vent. He suggested, to save an unnecessary service call, that I check that first. Bingo! He was exactly right, and I easily fixed the problem myself. I will call this honest man next time I need large appliance serviced. Highly recommended!
