Waited at home for 4 hours waiting for someone to show up. Sears repair guy called at end of my 4 hour wait telling me they were to busy to come out.

They are excellent. They are right on time and they do a complete job. When they leave, everything works. They have all the parts, so no need to worry about that.

The sears team came out and did the job. They did an excellent job.

The tires and appliances were good in the past. I don't think they are pricey and I have never had any problem in the past for 30 or 40 years except one time when I was very irritated. Everything is good

They also have a sale with a good price and a good value. Their service is great and deliveries are great. It was really good. They know what they were doing. I would use them again in the future.

Their service is terrible as well as their customer service. I've never dealt with worse customer service with these guys. They were supposed to come out with a part to fix my lawn mower and they lost the part. They didn't do anything to find the part. I had two of them tell me that I needed to call UPS. The mower was $3,000 and I spent another $650 for a 5 year in home warranty. I called them on a Thursday or Friday and they said they would come on Tuesday. I asked if they were going to have the parts and they said they should. He came and didn't have the parts. We rescheduled and then the customer service department called and said the parts were not going to be there and we needed to reschedule for the next day. I called them Tuesday evening and told them the parts weren't there and they said they were there on my porch. I told them they were not and they said they would run an inquiry. They said they would call the next morning. The next thing I knew the driver was calling to come and do the repair because they never called him. Sears did absolutely no follow up trying to find the parts. They told me I could call UPS. I told them it wasn't my responsibility because it was their parts and their warranty. A neighbor delivered them 4 days later because they were left at his house and he had been out of town. I called Sears to reschedule. Long story short they were not the correct parts. The first parts were ordered 8/14 and I just got the new parts on 9/5. I'm in a neighborhood and the lawn needed to be mowed. I just found out that my warranty covers me for $50 for lawn service every 7 days. I told them that wouldn't even cover my front lawn because I have 2 acres. I am sending the stuff in today for $100 for one cut that I got. It has been just terrible. If I wasn't tied to them with this 5 year warranty, I would never touch these guys again.

Sears water heater hot-line was called before noon, which therefore promises same-day installation. Standard item and installation costs were applied to a credit card at that point, with any additional charges for more necessary materials and/or labor to be paid to the plumber.Within two hours, their return call said that the order had been received and that attempts to reach the plumber were being made. The plumber was then to call us with the installation time slot. We did not receive that call that day despite the "same day installation" pitch. His call was received the next morning for installation that afternoon. The installers arrived a bit early, upgrading the punctuality grade which otherwise would have been an F.The installers arrived in an unmarked pick-up truck and had no identification on their clothes. Before work was begun, they required a check made out to Lincoln Homes for the city building permit. The removal and installation progressed fairly smoothly though at times the men seemed a bit disorganized. Other than familiarity with the product and installation procedures, there were no obvious signs that they were professionals, but were required by Sears to be licensed. There was no need for additional parts or labor due to replacement with the same model.One installer clearly explained the start-up, operation and maintenance for the unit.The work area was left in good condition and the unit was operating without leaks before they left.
