Description of Work: Larry have me great advice when buying a new home about a low flow problem with the well. Very friendly willing to talk out a problem. He didn't end up doing any service for me so i can't speak to that, but was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Thanks Larry!

+ -1 moreMy aging well pump finally died at 4am. I called first thing in the morning and was able to set up an appointment to look at it the same day in the afternoon. They were able to get out much sooner and they called to confirm it was ok and my pump and pressure tank were both replaced within hours. They were very nice. Very professional and the price seemed very fair.

+ 0 moreGreat, I use Pugh for all my well needs, he can by to repair the iron filter and I discussed my project. Was back in two days to complete the work at the appointment time we agreed to. Got it, got out, great work & service.

+ -1 moreLost my water around 6pm called Pugh and left message. They returned the call early the next morning at 7;20am and said they would be out at 8 to 8:15am and they were. They came in and went straight to diagnosing the problem. They replaced the switch. Once that was done, they determined the pressure tank was bad. The whole time explaining things as they went through the process. One gentlemen left to get a new tank, and the other empty the existing tank and did the plumbing. The new tank was brought in and they put it in. All done just before 10am. THey were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWhat I really appreciated most about Pugh Well was their honesty. I was convinced that I needed a water softener and a rust remover. Larry Pugh tested the water and told me that he felt that a water softener would do the job without the extra cost and maintenance of a rust remover. He could have easily sold me the rust remover, but convinced me that I didn't need it. He was right. The water is soft and rust free. They did a quick and complete job and left everything neat and clean.
Description of Work: I moved into a house without a water softener or hot water tank.
