replacement windows
+ -1 moreMike came out, took a look at the job and told me it would be about $50. I called and called, they always promised a return call, but no one ever called me back. Finally, after being given the runaround by them for a year, I went to their office to see why they hadn't come out or returned my calls. They did show that they had the window, but told me that I would have to get another company to install it, they now said that they would not do the work. It was a very bad experience and they treated me very poorly. They were very unprofessional and rude when I went in to the office.
Description of Work: I had them take a look at replacing/repairing some windows.
