About us

I am an owner-operated business or sole proprietor. I specialize in cleaning apartments, houses, or places of business. I offer basic to precise one-time, weekly, or bi-weekly cleaning services. Prices range from $30 to $60 per hour based on size for one time cleanings. Contracts can be discussed for any weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. As well as for move in - move out agreements with owners of apartment buildings or multiple rental properties. I do ask for details on what is needed done so I bring the proper equipment. I do have another employee available when needed. What makes us able to overpower our competition is our schedule flexibility and how detail-oriented we are. This enables us to do as much as possible in a quick time frame and even with short notice. No matter what circumstances you need to overcome, we make the best results with our time - and guarantee our work.

Approximate rates for one time cleanings are $30 per hour for studio apartments or small businesses, $40 per hour for 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment or homes, $50 per hour for 2 bedroom & 1 or 2 bathroom apartment or homes, & $60 per hour for larger homes.

We do not offer organizing/deep-cleaning for hoarders or homes that are bio-hazardous. Be mindful of this. Thank you
