Description of Work: We hired Pioneer Basement solutions to waterproof our basement. They Jackhammered all around the edge of the basement floor - put in drain piping, |covered it all with concrete. They lined the basement walls with Xinite Waterproofing panels. They arrived exactly when they said they would and finished exactly when they said it would be finished. They were very professional and very nice to work with.

Description of Work: They waterproofed my basement from the inside, and did some trench work along side of my house. They installed a new downspout. I wasn't there personally but my son was and said they did everything Ron said they were going to do. They were prompt and were done with the job on time. Ron was professional and courteous. I think they are an excellent company and charge more then fair prices compared to other companies.
