Description of Work: Ron came out to take a look at the issues and patiently talked through the options. I generally don't do well with sales pitches, but there was absolutely so pressure and honestly just felt like he was here to help us solve a problem we connected with them about. |All the Pioneer Team was professional and respectful - answered questions through each aspect of the project. |Dug out away from one wall, put the waterproofing on along with a membrane, relayed drainage, and connected the existing sump pump. Installed foundation strips on the inside of two walls.

Description of Work: I e-mailed according to the Angies list web site and told them of my interest in assessment of the problems I am having with water in my basement. I received an automated reply with the request that I call to talk to them directly. I called, placed a detailed message on their voicemail, and recieved no response.

 + -1 moreIt went very good. I found them because I saw a coupon and gave them a call. They came out and gave an estimate. They made an appointment to come back. They came when they said they would. It took two days to do the work. The quote was right on. They cleaned up after themselves.
