Our realtor recommended Phil and his team to do the general inspection for a house we put an offer on. It’s a slab, 2270 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Called their office on a Friday and scheduled the inspection on a Monday. They were prompt and thorough. We were not expecting the report in the next couple days but we got it at midnight on Tuesday. They also provided us with a book with tips on a how to maintain a house which is very helpful for new homeowners. Thank you!

Phil brought his team of three. The whole inspection lasted three hours. Very thorough and no stone was unturned. Everyone is very professional and patient answering our questions. The report is very detailed with pictures. We went through four general inspections in the past, and Phil's team is the most detail oriented.

The guys name is Phillip and he is very thorough. He was great. Our realtor recommended him and he hasn't missed anything. He not only pointed out dangers that needed to be fixed by the previous home owner, but he also made suggestion that don't necessarily need to be done right away, but they could cause problems down the line if they are not fixed eventually. That was very helpful. The report he gave us was very well organized and very easy to follow.

He was great! It was worth every penny. He was thorough, professional, patient, and knowledgable. He was completly spot on with every suggestion he had about the house. I would recommend him to anybody.

Phillip Wells was our inspector from Peak Home Inspection. He arrived early (made me double-check that I wasn't horribly late), and started on the exterior and garage. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He had a detailed list of points to inspect, but was alert and had many general observations. He also made clear what needed to be taken care of immediately, what should be done long term, what wasn't a big deal, and what he wasn't familiar with. For example, he had not seen many tank-less water heaters, and could only speculate why it tended to shut off erroneously. However, his overall breadth of knowledge seemed excellent. The day after the inspection, we received a 14-page electronic report, complete with many digital photographs. This is our second home, and he easily surpassed the home inspection we received 5 years ago on our current home. In addition, he was both professional and friendly, making it easy to crawl around a house for two and half hours with him.

Phillip Wells was very professional. He provided a very thorough and complete inspection of the property. His previous background as a home builder was a great benefit. We would definitely hire him again. This is not a cookie-cutter basic home inspection.
