Installer did a fantastic job. Arrived on time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Work was completed in less time than I thought. Took extra time to give instructions on the features of the new unit. Also lubricated hinges and rollers on the door that I did not expect. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the immediate response to my request for a service call. I received a polite greeting along with a block of time that was available and convenient for me. Jordan arrived exactly when said he would and was very pleasant as he started to assess the problem. He then explained what had to be done and said that he had the parts needed to fix the problems. He gave me cost info and that he could get the job done in about an hour. That is about how long it took him to fix the problem and he also went beyond his job and shoveled a path for me since it was snowing and so windy out. That was greatly appreciated since I am a senior and cannot shovel the drifts after the plow in my driveway. My garage door was opening back up after I tried closing it, screws were popping off the door. Before contacting Agni?s list, and finding Orbit Garage Door, I had contacted another company to come repair our garage door. This other company told me I needed a whole new Garage door and system because our current garage door and system is out of date I it was going to cost me $1,700. Going through Angi?s list and finding Orbit, Orbit went above and beyond expectations. Not only did they fix my door but because they told me my current door is fine and just needs to be tuned up Orbit Garage Door just saved me from spending $1,700 on a door that I didn?t need. I highly recommend them!
