Description of Work: My garage door would not close. I panicked as I live alone now and I was truly upset. This wonderful man gave me suggestions of what to try myself, here at home, as it was already 7pm. I could not do it and called him back. In spite of the fact that he was super busy, he agreed to come early the next morning. But I WAS able to do what he had suggested the next morning when I was a bit more calm, and the garage door now works. I hurriedly called him and reached him before he was on his way here. I thanked him for all his help (I had called 2 other top rated companies which did NOT suggest anything to try myself) and assured him I would call him FIRST for future handyman needs. I hesitated to write this review only because I don't want him to become too busy to be available!!!!!! :) He was professional, understanding of my anxious plea, and kind and helpful and polite. In order to find this company I had to navigate Angies List, as I had never used it even though I have belonged for 5 months now. I was a mess and called the local number to get help. Seth was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO patient with me and walked me through the steps as I SLOWLY made my way to what I needed on my computer. He never sighed or tut-tutted as I repeatedly mistyped Angies List or couldn't find a very obvious indicated box through my tears and worry and confusion. He was WONDERFUL and I am very grateful. I am so pleased I have joined Angie's List.

+ -1 moreON HOME REPAIR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. JERRY WAS VERY PROMPT AND WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: NEEDED FACIA BOARDS REPLACED BEHIND OUR GUTTERS. THE DAMAGED BOARDS WERE OVER 20 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND AND THE GROUND BELOW WAS UNEVEN. ON TIME HOME REPAIR HAD TO REMOVE THE GUTTERS, REPLACE THE FACIA WITH NEWLY STAINED CEDAR AND REINSTALL THE GUTTERS.
