My house is an older home and his company was able to make it look brand new . He’s very professional and has been patient during this process. The crews did a great job. They were prompt and professional. Before they left the crew made sure everything was clean and asked if we were happy with the finished product. Highly recommend them for future work.

This company was originally contracted to paint the exterior of our house in the late summer, early fall of 2014. The painters arrived in a van that was filthy and leaked oil all over our driveway. All of them smoked constantly, taking breaks and checking cell phones. The workmanship was terrible. They power-washed the house first and left all the shards of paint around the perimeter of our house without cleaning up. Then they applied the primer before letting the house dry. There was spilled paint and overspray all around our house, on our brick patio, and on our outdoor light fixtures. All the windows are painted shut. But the worst was seeing the paint begin to peel and chip within just a few months of completing the job. After contacting the owner, he refused to come out to our house to look at the areas of concern. Instead, he sent the same painters back to "resolve" the issues. The definition of insanity. They came back and just put primer over the spots and covered it with paint. They didn't address the underlying problem as to why the paInt was peeling in the first place. Nor did they even cover the primer entirely. And there are new spots of paint on the ground around our house and on our windows! In the 25+ years living in our home, we have added on twice, have had the home painted, floors refinished and countless other home improvements. In all these years, we have never encountered a less professional company or been treated by its owner as poorly as we have by Ohio Painting and Pressure Wash. Stay away from these people!!

Roger set an appointment with my husband to come and give an estimate then did not show up. He finally called, apologized and made another appointment. We were planning to change the colors on our house so we were nervous about it. I appreciated the list of homes he gave us and we drove around looking at their work prior to signing the contract. He said he used Sherwin Williams paint so we went to the store and they mixed samples for us to try. When we got home and painted some on our shutter, the paint dried lighter and redder than the color chip they were matching. Roger called and I tried to explain to him that it was lighter and matched the lighter chip more. I asked that he be sure that they put enough black in it to make it as dark red as possible. He seemed upset that I asked and said "They will only use the numbers to mix it." I just let it go and the shutters are not in the dark red we wanted, but a little lighter like the color beside it. That said, we are ok with it and the house looks BEAUTIFUL! The only other problem was when it came to paying. My husband told him it was an insurance job, and we had to send in the invoice to get the money. He called us at the end of the day demanding payment. I had just deposited my check so we went ahead and paid him. He promised an invoice would come, but he never sent one. We are using his estimate to collect from the insurance company. They have not paid us yet. I also just noticed a nicely printed Fifteen Year Warranty in his packet. They did not sign it, so I doubt it is any good.
