I attempted to pay my electric bill and you can make your payments by credit card. They don?t take credit cards over the phone. The only way to pay is online. I attempted to do that and they guided me through the system. Once I got to the payment screen, it says you must eliminate pop up blockers. I changed my settings to allow that and it still didn?t work. I called customer service and the rep told me, ?Sorry, you can?t pay over the internet then.? It was very frustrating and they didn't make any effort to help with the problem.

Their response time is good. The problem that I have with them is that my power lines run through a forest. I would not rate them highly.
Description of Work: This is the power company for Northeast Ohio. My house is all electric. They can shut off my water tank whenever they want to try to save power.
