basement remodeling
 + -1 moreRay did excellent work. Our only complaint is that the job took way longer that he said it would. He indicated he would be done around Halloween (approximately six weeks from start to finish) but it wasn't finished until early December. At first he was very easy to get on the phone or via email. Later on it became more difficult to contact him and we had to get pushy in order to get him moving again (he admitted to having spread himself too thin between jobs). I have to say that, aside from the timetable issue, he did a fantastic job. Very high quality workmanship. He knows basements inside and out. The egress window is awesome, too.
Description of Work: Ray completely finished our basement, including installing an egress window/well. Half of the basement was soundproofed as a music studio, the other half is a home theater/rec room.
