We had an existing garage converted into living space and a new, larger garage built by Stone’s Construction. Chad and his crew were consistently professional and did the highest quality work. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and willingness to collaborate and listen to my ideas. Home renovations can often be disruptive and stressful, but the Stone’s team made it a pleasant experience. Every member of the team was reliable and responsive from beginning to end.

We choose stone Construction because we loved their design ideas the best and they were very competitive on price. they stuck to the quoted price even after doing a few extra things not originally agreed to and were a pleasure to work with. the kitchen is beautiful and they were very fast and professional. any future work i need done they will be my first call. great work and nice people as well..

We have just completed the project of a kitchen and bathroom remodel with Stone’s Construction and Remodeling. We absolutely love how everything turned out! It was a relatively large project for us and the first time we have had work done on the interior part of our house. We previously hired Stone’s Construction for our front porch addition 4 years ago and couldn’t be happier with the results, so there was was no question of who we would hire for future jobs when we decided to do our kitchen and bathroom. Chad and his guys turned our vision into reality after taking out walls and creating an open concept for our kitchen/ dining/ family room area. Damon, Phoenix, Tyler, Justin and the guys were always respectful of our home and did their best to clean up appropriately. The work was done thoroughly with attention to detail. Communication is one of their top priorities and they did well at keeping us up to date and someone was always available to answer questions if needed. I highly recommend them for anyone’s home improvement needs.

Stone’s Construction and Remodeling delivered on all their promises and I was so grateful to have the beam in the middle of the kitchen tucked into the ceiling as that piece was key to the new kitchen design. Chad was in constant contact with me every step of the way and his crew were a pleasure to have in my home. This was a complete gut of the kitchen and removal of a wall and the ending job was fantastic!

They went above and beyond to make our home absolutely beautiful!! We had a huge project to complete and it was done before the estimate of the project completion time frame. I am a night shift nurse and everyone was so kind to try to accommodate me. Tyler, Justin, Brian, Freddie, and Phoenix were amazing to work with!!! They were always so wonderful with our house full of animals too. They even helped me round up cats when we were trying to move them from one room to another. Always on time and reliable everyday and maintained a clean work environment. Great company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Chad was always available as well and answered so many questions we had throughout the process. Again, above and beyond and an AMAZING job done!!!

From the moment we met Chad and how to the point he was with us, we knew this is the guy for us, no bs typical sugar coating it. He gave us ideas and what will need done to pass code and it did. Chads guys are by far top notch people, Tyler, Justin, Brian (Hook), Phoenix, Damon and the rest of the crew went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Communication was great with this company from emailing the office staff, texting the crews or Chad himself. Chad gave us a time line of 3 months and he was not wrong in that. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

We were referred to Chad Stone Construction by a neighbor who had also had a basement remodel completed. Chad came out and did an excellent job talking us through options, and gave us a very reasonable quote. We put down a deposit right away, and the crew got to work quickly. The completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget, and we are extremely happy with the results. They refinished 1200 square feet, and built a bathroom and bar. All of the crews that came out were super friendly and professional, and the main office was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. This was the most complex project we have ever hired a contractor for, and they did a great job with it. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to do a major remodel.

Chad and team were incredibly easy to work with! They were responsive and timely in completing the project (especially given how close we were to the holiday season). I have no complaints and fully plan on using them on future projects.

Chad and his team are uber-hard working and ultra-professional. They care about their partners and execute with exact precision. Chad is a man of his word. If he tells you that he will call you back between 2 times, be ready because he will call you back! I am pleased with the service of their team and without an ounce of hesitation, recommend them to you!!

I was the inspector for the contractor Stone Construction. After the borrowers had bad experiences with Other contractors, Stone Construction came through in a big way with a beautiful addition and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

We have an older home that was badly needing an interior remodeling in almost all areas. Our goal was to combine our dining room and kitchen by removing an existing wall, completely remodeling the kitchen, and completing renovating our upstairs bathroom (including custom shower) and expanding our downstairs bathroom from a half-bath to a full bathroom. We also needed new paint and flooring throughout almost the entire house. It was a huge project and definitely seemed somewhat overwhelming but we were fortunate enough to be in a position to try and do it all at once. We considered doing the project piecemeal but ultimately decided we either wanted to update some of the house or none at all. Otherwise the flow of the house we felt would look off. We talked to various companies and some were seemingly unwilling to try and do this large of a project. We met with Chad from Stone’s Construction and Remodeling two different times. Each time we met with him we received a professionally prepared estimated contract outlining all of the work to be done on the project within about a day or two. This was tremendously helpful for preparing for the project both cost wise and for us to prepare for any possible living arrangement compromises we would need to make during the life of the project. Work began in late January and was completed in mid-June which fit into the expected time frame for the project. The work is done in specific stages so you are usually aware of what is going on at any given time and what is projected to be the next upcoming thing to be done. There was always an open line of communication from day one from the office (Cindy), the project lead (Damon for ours), or Chad. If we had a question or issue arise, we could get an answer quickly from someone. Keep in mind that most of the material costs are paid for by the homeowner. This is in the contract and they let you know that up front but it is something to keep in mind and is very important for budgeting for the project. We liked that it allowed us the convenience of using who we wanted at the cost we wanted. Stone’s will always refer you to suppliers and designers who they have relationships with or discounts through, but it is always up to you with what you want to do. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC was all contracted out for the project but Stone’s serves as the middleman so they coordinate all of that work unless there is something “extra” that you want done (which we did for the electrical). Even that they can coordinate if you so choose. They are also always available if something comes up after the fact. We noticed something that we wanted done in the kitchen shortly after the project ended and they have been willing to come out when the time is available to do it for us. Overall, we were happy with the end result. It was a huge project and we wanted to get everything completed at once if we could, and we managed to do that. Everyone we dealt with from both Stone’s and the folks they contract with were professional, responsible, adaptive, and nice people. We are appreciative and looking forward to living in our new home.

This company has been great since the beginning. They where very upfront about their cost to start with and stayed on budget unless we asked for extras as the project has gone along. The workers show up and have been respectful and pleasant to be around. The timeline has taken a little longer than planned, but the pandemic had set some things back. overall we are very pleased with the work and excellent communication this company has.

Excellent very please with the project. The two individual who closed out the project (Randy & Shawn) did a standout job and treated my home like their own!

The project is not complete yet, but it has been going well. With the price of material going up, Chad said he is going to stick with the original price I was quoted. I thought this was a very stand up thing to do and thought it needed to be shared.

Called set up appointment approx 2 wks out for estimate. Called day before appt to confirm then never showed up for appt. No call to cancel no call to state they were running behind nothing just no showed

After getting quotes from many different contractors we found Stone and felt confident they would provide us with good, quality work and we have not been disappointed. The gentlemen working on our home were professional and introduced themselves anytime someone new was there. They made sure to clean up before they left everyday and were always open to answering questions we had along the the way. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide guidance around changes that would improve our project and places where we could cut costs. At one point there was a small portion of the project we were not satisfied with but Chad quickly addressed the issue and corrected it with no problems. We are really happy to have found a reputable company whose work we feel will last and has improved the look and value of our home.

Chad and his team were very accommodating with the design & layout for our custom finished basement. Many details were covered upfront with little if any surprises after entering proposal / contract stage thru project completion. “Cheaper“ is very rarely, If ever, “Better” Please know that integrity, quality, trustworthiness & the number of years a company has been business ARE NOT mutually exclusive! Even simple ConstructIon projects can have a lot of moving parts & demand constant attention and follow up. Stones provided this at every step. In end, you’ll usually GET what YOU PAY for. We hired Stones after doing much research and getting multiple opinions on the best way to tackle our basement project. We have not been disappointed. All Original contracted work was completed on time with only minor delays which were mostly due to the pandemic. Most appreciated was the excellent communication we received from both Cindy & Chad with Bi-weekly updates via email - No one was ever “too busy” to take a phone call or respond to a text. Thank you 🙏 Stones’ Crews were timely, did quality work and handled added design changes on the fly without breaking stride. Too many to mention all by name but we specifically would like to thank Damon, Troy, Beau, Drywall Dave, Jerry, Herb and Sam for exceeding our expectations ... Wow they were all Impressive! Chad managed the entire process very well from start to finish & we simply can’t say enough with the results - We absolutely love our new basement. We’ve received many compliments on our new custom basement and have already referred Stones Construction & Remodeling to others.
