New Franklin Appliance Repair

I hired them, the gentleman came out late and then asked for a price that was more than the gentleman over the phone quoted. When I told him that it was more than they told me over the phone he stated that this is the only price he had ever seen charged for a service call. I told him that I hired him because his next closest competitor had a service call of xx dollars and he said oh well even though you're paying more than you thought its still less than our competitor. I asked him to wait while I called in to their customer service number and find out why it's more and he said that he didn't have time for that he had another call to go on. After him rushing me on the phone (and I was right on the price) he said "well thanks for getting the price lowered, you just took money off of what I make". I told him that he would have to take his salary up with the company. Two and a half weeks later my washing machine was putting off the same error code as it was and I tried doing what he recommended and it still does not work so I called them again just before the 30 warranty was up on the repair and it has been almost a week and they keep telling me that a service person will call to schedule with me and still no call!
