I’ve had good experiences with them. They are very good and I have no complaints. If they see me somewhere in the store, they approach me immediately to see if they can be of help. I’m approached by different people and some of them are more knowledgeable than others. I didn’t compare their price with anybody else. The quality of their service and products are good.

I purchased a Frigidaire freezer from Lowes in February 2013. It stopped working 6 months later in August 2013 and contents had to be pitched out. I have 1 yr factory warranty and a 4 yr extended warranty. I called Lowes and was told I had to contact Schuenemens Electric for repair. Schuenemens said the heat exchanger was faulty and needed to be replaced and it would take 2 weeks before part would come and repair made. I was making food for an upcoming wedding on Sep 7 which would have to be done before the freezer could be fixed. The food I had purchased was already destroyed and had to be replaced. I reported this to Lowes and asked to have the freezer replaced. They referred me to manufacturer (Frigidaire) who claimed replacements are not made as long as product could be repaired. I was out of luck - could not provide for the wedding. One month later, Schuenemens came back with the new heat exchanger and upon attempting to make the repair, they found corrosion in the freezer (it was a new freezer) and so they would have to order another part before fix could be made. After 3 months the part came but it took two weeks to get another appointment for repair to be made on Nov 13, 2013. The repairman did not show, nor did he call that day or the next to explain. I reported all of this to the Ohio Attorney General, Mike DeWine and registered my complaint because I am 75 years old and seem to be powerless in dealing with the and quot;big guysand quot;. There are three companies involved but since product was purchased at Lowes, I feel they should be doing the footwork. They take no responsibility. Frigidaire claims the freezer can be fixed. Scheunemens also take no responsibility.

didn't show up on scheduled days, drug it out way too long, drilled holes in panels in the wrong places and tried to leave them up, left screws out of brackets, did not use the post caps I had picked out and ordered, put up warped and stained panels that had to be replaced, brought a pallet of 2 x 4's they didn't use (had not been ordered and had to be refunded off the bill) and left in the yard for weeks which killed the grass. I've been through enough home improvement projects to know they are not fun and always have glitches, (I used Lowes to remodel my kitchen and my bathroom) but this was a much easier project and should have gone a lot smoother than it did. We should not have had to tell them to replace the damaged panels (warped, stained, drilled wrong). Although when we called the head installer, he did apologize for his workers bad judgment and had them replace the panels, it was still surprising to me that anyone on a professional crew would even consider leaving those panels up. I was disappointed in Lowes (if it is your subcontractor, you share the blame) I decided to not push the post cap issue (I'd told the salesman I wanted gothic post caps by the gates- not a big enough deal to push, by then I just wanted it to be done) So I give them an average rating.

Aside from getting the gift card from the mail, it was very fast. Everything went fine in getting the gift card. I hope you do it again. It was a great deal, and I shop at Lowe's all the time. I was very impressed with the big deal. They were great.

They did a great job and were very professional. We had record rainfall that caused a delay in the project, but they communicated with me the reason for delay and kept me up to date with the progress. Their price was competitive.

Royalton Carpet Outlet did a great job on the install. The 2 men arrived on time, they were very good . They cleaned up as they went and vacuumed when they were finished. I'm very happy with the service and knowledge from Royalton Carpet Outlet. Brookpark Rd Parma. I will check Royalton Carpet if I need more carpet.
Description of Work: Shopping for carpet for family room. We decided to use Lowe's as they had the best price. They sub the work to outside contractors. Royalton Carpet Outlet , was used. They came to measure after a mix up it took about 4 days, I did go to Lowe's to complain and they were nice, Carpet had to be ordered took 3 weeks. We did receive the bill and it was due and no adjustments. I would have to cancel the order and start over. The carpet did arrive at Royalton Carpet before the bill was due.

We have purchased many household items from Lowe's and anytime we have run into a problem, they were always quick to respond to correct it. We have had our floors purchased from there and they gave us a great contractor to install it. He did a great job and we were so impressed with how professional they were. We purchased Coronette carpeting from Lowe's. After 6 months, the carpet looked very poor. Lowe's agreed that it was not good, and got a Coronette representative to look at it. The rep told me that I needed a stronger vacuum. The representative did nothing to make this situation right. Lowe's knew that it was a wrong response and pulled up the damaged carpet and installed brand new carpet for us. We had to pay for installation, but Coronette did pay a portion, because they knew I would not leave a good response on Angie’s List. I was really impressed by Lowe's response and I continue to be a customer there.
