Description of Work: This provider came highly recommended to me and was so wonderful on the phone, and in coming out to see the problem. He was polite and encouraging and I was quite relieved to know someone would finally be able to fix my problem. But then I never heard from them again! I called at least three more times, but no response. I am very disappointed. I just hope something awful didn't happen to them!
