+ -1 moreThe air conditioner finally died on us after 20 years. We called and got a fair estimate for a new A/C unit & furnace. We figured the furnace could use an upgrade since we were replacing the old A/C. The installers were punctual & courteous. They also offered a free check up after one year, to make sure everything was working properly. They have a pretty standard industry warranty, five years on labor. They primarily install Amana products which carry a 10 year bumper to bumper coverage as long as you make sure to register your units. The only critical thing I could say is that they don't offer any financing options, their website hasn't been updated & still says they offer financing. Apparently their line of credit was cut off by the bank for some reason, and are no longer able to offer financing options for customers. You just have to make sure you can pay everything upfront before you decide to go with them.
Description of Work: Had new A/C and furnace installed.

+ -1 moreJoe came out gave me a fair quote and had lots of knowledge of what he was providing. The day it was installed they showed up on time with two crew's. The quality of work was great.... One of the crews were more than professional the other not so much! I would use them again but only if they agreed to send only the crew ran by the owners brother inlaw. The other crew did not have the same respect for my house..... If you use this company ask for the owners brother inlaws crew to do the work you will be glad you did......
Description of Work: Replaced furnace, air conditioning unit and hot water tank.

+ -1 moreSHOWED UP AT NOON FOR A 2 O'CLOCK APPT. ON-TIME THE 2ND TRY. WANTED TO INSTALL A LARGER UNIT THAN THE OTHERS. FURNACE CLEANING WAS EXTRA. QUOTED ON AMANA AND GOODMAN BRANDS. HAD COUPON IN GOLDCLIPPER.
