1) completed their online form which states “We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.“. No response. 2) called a week later and they had me leave my email to write to me. Nothing. 3) A week later I called and they said they would call back the same day. Nothing. If they can’t respond to simple requests like this how dependable will they be in actually doing the job. Strongly recommend NOT using them.

Had previous experience with this company and it was positive. Called to set up appointment to get additional work done. Talked to John and was asked to purchase the lights and call back. Called back several times over a period of weeks and never received a call back. Eventually hired another company.

All services were performed very professionally and the electrician pointed out some old aluminum wiring which he also replaced.

Jason was knowledge, fast, and professional. I could not recommend him any more highly!!

Showed up on time, evaluated the job, returned the next day with parts and hey, presto! The doors worked again! yay.

He pinpointed where the problem was and fixed it!! 4 and half hours later paid him 240.00 cash on the spot.. wrote recepit and left..sweet and simple..highly recommend

They were prompt, professional and friendly.They even got the job done in two hours! They were neat and even picked up their mess. Overall, they were awesome!

They came out right away, and they fixed it within the same day. They did a nice job.

They are great, on time and efficient . They did not over change me for the work . upfront with everything they were doing. They contacted me until the work was completed. Upfront with the pricing. They set forth all the expectation and they held on to them. They were on time, efficient at their job. Communication upfront was good. They would showed up a couple of days earlier they we expected.

I spent around $400 on that work. They came out and gave me an estimate and they were very professional and very nice. Another company had quoted us almost double of their price. They were terrific. I could not have been happier with them. The work was good. His friendliness, professionalism and punctuality were excellent. Tim, the owner, came out and gave us the estimate. John was the person who did the work. Both of them were excellent.

I had a couple of wiring tasks to do and frankly could not accomplish them on my own. I called Didado and got a fair quote from Tim, and we scheduled a time for the work. John Carpenter and a apprentice arrived late; they had a problem with an emergency job involving the electric utility, they had to wait on them. Though Tim had called me and warned us the previous day, they still came later in the morning than expected. They were unable to finish the new circuits that day; I had them finish the new lighting circuit over the island, and we agreed that he come back during the next week to finish. The conduit, outlets and switches were installed, only the work in the service panel were needed. The lights were installed and working by the time they left Friday (5:30 I might add), which was the priority for the day. John came back the next week, to finish the work. He found the coat he left behind, as well as a drill bit his apprentice forgot. He ended up replacing a bad GFCI in the garage (to their credit, the circuit was not live to test at install). He also had to fix mistakes by the apprentice: The flexible metal conduit run was not very well-run; and there was no break in the circuit at the switches he wired in; they were not switching, basically, the lights/outlets stayed on. I'm glad John came back instead of rushing to finish; something would have been missed and big problems would have arisen. Especially with the bad outlet and miswired switches. PS - I gave a B on quality only because of the sloppy conduit work by the apprentice. Purely a visual issue. The circuits themselves are solid and were completely checked and tested by the experienced electrician.

I found some cables frayed in the attic when I went to install some recessed lights in the house. Tim from Didado came out and gave me a very competitive estimate. Everything looks great and Tim is at the top of my list for any future electrical work.

CHARGED $170 TO HANG A 24'' PADDLE FAN TO AN EXISTING ELECTRICAL BOX. IT TOOK TWO HOURS. I HAD ALREADY UNPACKED THE FAN, HAD ALL PARTS SEPARATED, & THE INSTRUCTION SHEET SETTING THERE, SO THERE WAS NOT ANY TIME SPENT FOR THEM DOING THAT. COMPANY SENT AN ELECTRICIAN & AN APPRENTICE. I WAS CHARGED $25 FOR THE APPRENTICE TO ATTACH FAN BLADES TO HOLDERS. ELECTRICIAN HAD A PROBLEM UNDERSTANDING HOW THIS FAN WAS TO BE ASSEMBLED & HUNG. HE HUNG THE FAN. I SHOWED HIM ON THE INSTRUCTIONS HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HUNG. HE TOOK IT DOWN, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, & RE-HUNG IT. I UNDERSTAND ALL FANS ARE DIFFERENT, BUT I OFFERED UP THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE BEGINNING TO NO AVAIL. I REALIZE EVERYONE HAS TO LEARN, & THAT'S PERFECTLY FINE, BUT I ENDED UP PAYING FOR THE LEARNING SESSION. BOTH GENTLEMEN WERE VERY NICE & PLEASANT. THE APPRENTICE DIDN'T TAKE OFF HIS SHOES & GOT MUD/DIRT ON MY CARPETED STEPS. HE THEN TOOK OFF HIS SHOES, APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY, & OFFERED TO CLEAN IT UP.

EXCELLENT WORK IN DESIGNING THE PROJECT. TOP NOTCH SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT. QUICK WORK. VERY SATISFACTORY CLEANUP.
