Description of Work: An ice dam had totally changed the front door level. The lock would not budge. Jim worked at it feverishly and joked that the door "might not open until the Spring thaw" Finally with perseverance it popped open and Jim had to drill some of the frame to allow the door to lock and unlock freely. Jim was very personable and knowledgeable. We were very happy to be able to use the front door again !

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT SERVICE... CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN ONE DAY and ARRIVED ON TIME (ACTUALLY EARLY). COMPLETED WORK IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. AFTER TALKING TO OTHER LOCKSMITHS, I THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE ALLOT LONGER, (FULL DAY).
Description of Work: TURNED THE TUMBLERS ON ALL MY DOOR LOCKS AT MY HOUSE (4 DOORS, 7 LOCKS) AND MADE 4 KEYS THAT WILL OPEN ALL DOORS.
