George was great to work with - very knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and provide advice, very professional and punctional. The only problem we had was that he highly underestimated the time it would take to do the project, and already had another one scheduled right after, so there was a LOT of work that we ended up having to do ourselves.

My wife was nervous about having this done, the hassle, the mess, etc. We waited a long time to make the investment; George from Independence Plumbing & Bath made it easy! With only ONE bathroom it was added hassle for him I'm sure! He cleaned up as he worked each day, he communicated, he takes his services very seriously & professionally. I wouldn't call anyone else. He clearly has the focus of his expertise where it belongs - in the Bathroom Business!!

We are completely satisfied with the outcome of the project. George was efficient, followed his schedule as promised, and did quality work. He was also very courteous and professional. We would hire him again.

George did a great job with installing our bathtub. The work done looks very nice and I love my new tub. He was very courteous, neat , honest, and thoughtful and went out of his way to make us happy. He answered all my questions and did everything I asked for. Would definitely have him out for future projects. He's very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to please us and cleaned up after his work. Although the weather was very cold, George battled thru like a trooper and did an exceptional job. He also fixed my shower drain in my half bathroom. Very happy with everything. We would have George back for future projects and highly recommend him.

George started on the day he said he was and had a schedule of what was going to be done each day so you knew what was being done he finished the bathroom remodel on time started on a mon and finished on sat very satisfied with the results and with products that he installed .

Always on time, and the ceramic tile work in the shower is absolutely beautiful. When I called him the first time, it was a bath remodel emergency due to another contractor crisis. and we didn't have a place to shower! George fit me in even though he was completely booked. He understood how urgent my project was and came through above and beyond. If he wasn't already booked immediately, he was my first choice for bathroom number two! George is also a carpenter, and he is already on the books to come back and remodel the inside of our garage! He became a trusted friend, not my employee. I would recommend him to anyone! New acrylic surround shower with bowed shower rod is outstanding!

This was our only bathroom so downtime was a concern. They worked based off a schedule and was right on with time estimates. We had minimal downtime to the facilities. Stayed on schedule and price using great quality material. They took there time like it was their own. Would hire them to do any remodeling. The bathroom looks amazing and anyone who saw the before and after are amazed.

I was installing a new bathroom and did not want to tackle replacing the tub with a Jacuzzi tub. The job was tackled quickly and expertly, everything was done that I wanted. I also received some excellent tips for finishing the rest of the project myself.
