Came out same day and cleared my very very clogged dryer vent. Did it very quickly and was very thorough.

They are great people, especially Sean. Very professional and caring about what they do. I had a new central ac unit installed and all vents cleaned out. Couldn t believe the amount of stuff they took out of my central air. The difference is like night and day I recommend everyone get this done if you can. Your body will thank you.

When your A/C quits working and it's 90 degrees you want help fast. They came quickly; diagnosed the issue; ordered parts and came back the next day to fix the problem(s). They even offered a portable a/c system while I waited for the next day parts. I didn't take the portable but appreciated the offer. Working fine now and its been 24 hours so I think it is all good. Pricing was fair under the circumstances. I'd recommend them. They showed me some video of how they do duct cleaning in case I wanted a quote on that. Pretty cool. Nice guys.

They were professionals, my only complaint was they neglected to move back 3 large pieces of furniture and 3 registers were not put back on. They miss cleaning one register and the ceiling tile was not put back in the basement. I would hire them again.

I bought my house (built in 1940) about 3 weeks prior to having the ducts and vents cleaned. When I saw what was in the vents there was no question that I needed to do something. Hepaclean Home Wellness was reasonable, on time, and did an amazing job. I have allergies and asthma and having them take care of things made a big difference in my breathing. I highly recommend them!

We have a lot of vents (3000 sq feet, so this cost us quite a few $ s, but no hidden fee s, owner is enthusiastic and we definitely notice a difference! If you are taking the time to get this done, you may as well do it right!

Excellent work

Sean did a great job cleaning the vents of our 20-yo condo and was very amicable. Prior resident was a smoker. I was skeptical of air cleaning services, but really wanted to improve my indoor air quality. Before I hired HEPA on 2/2018, I felt like I was always dusting the house and struggled with sinus issues. After, noticed a visible change in dust quantity and air quality. Like many other reviews, also gave me a lot of great tips for continued maintenance and future improvements.

Good company

Sean was fantastic and went above and beyond in assisting with our dryer duct ventilation cleaning. He also provided a ton of information on future improvements if and when we decide to do it, he was not pushy and I highly recommend him/them!

I never write reviews, but had to with this company. Sean at Hepaclean did an excellent job cleaning our ducts and truly showed that he cared about our air quality and went above and beyond to educate us about the importance. Highly recommend for the price and quality of work.

Sean was great to work with- very patient with me as I gathered my research before making a final choice to move forward with them and then patiently waiting for us to schedule a date. On top of doing an extremely thorough job cleaning out vents, he was able to educate my husband and I on ways to prolong our clean system and provided reasons as to why our ducts become so soiled. We appreciate being given these kinds of tidbits as it portrays a company's passion for their line of work more clearly. They are not just doing a job, they truly care about improving people's homes. Before he walked out of our house, I could feel the difference in our air quality already!

Sean is clearly passionate about his work. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend his service. Shows up when he said he would, cost what he said it would, and he did a very detailed job. I would recommend everyone has this service performed in their house. He is unique in the method he uses, and having ducts cleaned before his method and equipment is far superior. We will certainly call him again when we need the ducts cleaned.

THey was very polite, explained and showed me the filters. From cleaning. Explained the processed. They found a problem and informed me that I needed to get it fixed. Yes, I would recommend them to other people.
