We couldn’t be happier about the service we received from Genesis Radon. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with, and they were genuinely concerned with providing excellent customer service to us. During a pre-job visit, co-owner Adam answered many questions from me. Answers were specific, thorough, and on-target. During the conversation he adapted his plan to accommodate some of my concerns regarding the appearance and effectiveness of the system. He offered a detailed written quote and we scheduled the installation. Installation was on-time and the service was very professional. Adam and co-owner Steve answered more questions from me and then proceeded with the work. The work was completed within 4 hours and the installation was very neat, with pipes routed in the least conspicuous manner. Our exterior fan is very quiet and the system looks good both inside and outside the house. Radon levels were reduced from above 6 pC/l before the job, to 1 pC/l after. They left two continuous electronic radon monitors in the house for 4 days after the installation and charted hourly radon levels to confirm effectiveness of the installation. They sent me all of the monitoring data in a written report summarizing the project. Independent post remediation testing done by me with a 7-day charcoal kit confirmed post remediation radon level of 1 pC/l. Their price was very reasonable, and service was timely, professional, and completely effective. We couldn’t be happier with this service and would highly recommend Genesis Radon to others.
