+ -1 moreI called this company and had to leave a message. I called 3 or 4 times before they returned my call. I told them of my problem and they connected me to a technician. He gave me the run around and they did not come out to the house to look at the generator. I called another company who found the problem and fixed it. On May 18th, they called me and said it was time for my general maintenance. They wanted me to make an appointment for that, I asked to speak with a supervisor to talk to her about what happened in Feb. She told me she'd have someone contact me but I have yet to hear back from them.
Description of Work: On Feb 12, I had a power outage and my garage door wouldn't open (it is connected to the generator).
