EVERLASTING TUB & TILE

The two men that came out were very nice, professional, and courteous. As of yet I have had no problems.

The work once they were done was wonderful, but the finish has since started to peel. I had the work done in October of 2004, but there is a 10 year warranty. I've tried contacting them several times over the past year and they have never returned my calls. They should honor the warranty or at least come out and inspect it to say if it is somehow my fault or if there was a problem with my tub. I've used what they told me to clean the tub. I've left just my name and number, and then after I didn't receive a return call I left a message explaining what was going on with the tub.

Excellent job. When they discovered complete refinishing was required, they contacted me to get approval of the extra fee. They refinished the side of the tub with no extra cost.

The young man who came out spent the entire day scraping away the old caulking, sanding down the tub and doing the refinishing. My tub was about 30 years old. The fumes were horrible in the bathroom and house for several hours and the smell does linger for about a week, but the results were amazing! The tub looked brand new. The only problem, is with the passing of a few months, there are some discolorations that have surfaced, as well as some nicks from things being dropped in the tub itself. He did warn me that would happen, chips can occur when things are dropped, but there is a 10 year warranty on the work and I just need to call them and have them come back out again. You are not able to use the tub/shower for 24 hours after the finish has been applied.
