They genuinely do good work. They've had a couple of people who, I think, were kind of new and were probably a little slower. The most recent interaction was for an estimate. They never got back with the estimate. They had a couple of good ideas about fixing some things basically without tearing out walls and fiddling around with things. That was appreciated. They are generally good but it again it kind of depends on who is there to do the job. The guys that's essentially owns the company does real well.

I use him exclusively. He knows what he is doing since he works with an electric company. He does everything right, and I don't have to worry about anything. When the inspectors from the city come down, and I tell them who did it, they don't even look at it, if the work is done by Smith Electric because they know Doug. He works full time and does all his work in the evenings on the weekends, which fits with my schedule. I trust him with the keys of my house, and I will use him again in the future.

They did a pretty good job on some really complicated property. The property is an electrically vague complex. It's a job that takes a lot of getting use to to figure out what is what. He went through the paces to figure out how to get the project done. He wasn't extremely knowledgeable on this particular system that I had, but for what he knew he did a good job and did what they said they were going to do. I would give him an A for simple electric work.

Shane was thorough and professional and very helpful. He showed up on time, called me when he was on his way, started to work immediately and kept working until the job was finished w/no break time. I was impressed w/the overall experience and won't hesitate to call him again should I need him and I will refer him to others.

My brother has used him for years and I knew he did things right and according to code. That is why I used him. I don't hire anyone anymore that I wouldn't give the key to my house. I can tell him what I want over the phone sometimes and he will give me an estimate over the phone. He put up a garage remote for the side of the garage so I don't have to have my opener. He is just really good. I have been using him for 11 years. When the inspectors come in to look at the work they are impressed. Sometimes if I tell them who did the work, they don't even look because they know it is right.
