+ -1 moreThey charged me $170. They were able to come out right away and did a good job. They picked up after themselves. They also made sure everything was working before they left. Overall, they did a good job. The guy who came out was very professional. I would definitely use their services again.

+ -1 moreOur keyless entry pad was not working. He talked me through how to check if it was a simple battery problem. When I called back to tell him there were no batteries in the unit, I rolled to voicemail. Since it was after 5pm I figured they were gone for the day and I would just call in the morning. About 15 minutes later he called me because he saw that I had tried him again. Long story short he recommends I purchase a pad at Lowe's and if I have any problems installing to call him and he'll talk me through that. I am awestruck that someone in this day and age would take the time to help someone that hasn't hired him!! You bet we wouldn't go anywhere else after this experience!!

+ -1 moreIt went very well, a piece of work. There was just one service man and he seemed friendly, professional, and treated me right. He swept up and cleaned his work area.
Description of Work: He came out and adjusted the garage door, replaced a circuit board, and replaced a bad capacitor.

+ -1 moreCALL D&D FOUND THAT THERE WAS A SPRING THAT WAS BROKEN. THEY CAME OUT ON TIME. THE NEXT DAY THEY REPLACED THE SPRING IN NO TIME IT WAS CHEAP AND QUICK. GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: I COULD NOT OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR VERY EASY, THE WIFE COULD NOT OPEN IT AT ALL.
