The company were delight to work with. On time, very informative, and very professional. The price was much more reasonable than others. Their prices are reasonable. They do what they promise.

Decided to buy a new one. Went to showroom where the helped me out and gave me a great price!

It took 2 weeks and 3 trips to the house to repair a Maytag disher.

Very well, ended up just a cleanout with basically pulling pieces/parts out, cleanup/defrost, and reinstall. Nice job, would rehire with no reservations at all.

I have used this company on 2 occasions. Pricing was very fair and saved me both times from buying new appliances with inexpensive fixes. Also advised me to purchase a new appliance as the repairs would eventually outweigh the cost of a new more efficient model. I appreciate their honestly and timeliness.

They were excellent. It did not take them long to complete the repair. They knew what they had to do and were in and out quickly.

This companies response was amazing. They gave me a window between 3 & 5 PM. They arrived at 3:05 and had the work completed with in 25 minutes or less. Great job

The service call went well, they were able to make it out a day early to assess the problem. The valve for the ice maker was frozen and leaking water into the bottom of the refrigerator. They suggested to defrost it and retest. It fixed the problem, no more leaks. I will definately call them again.

called to repair upright freezer that stopped cooling. Did fix freezer. We also had a refrigerator freezer combo that was in our garage that hadn't worked for years. My wife asked if he could take a look at it while he was here. He said absolutely. It took him approximately 10 minutes and he had fixed the second unit as well.

They came out the day after I called to find out what was wrong at exactly the time the service man said he would be here. He found the problem pretty quickly and said he would have to order the part, there were none in stock. Two days later (on Saturday) the service man called to say he had the part and would come out on Monday to make the repairs. Again, he came at the time promised, and in 30 minutes, the repairs were done at the estimated price. He came twice, but I was only charged for one service call. I have used Eastside Maytag before and have been very happy each time.

Everything about the service was great, from the attentiveness of the representatives who scheduled the appointment to the repairman, who handled everything promptly and professionally. The price was reasonable and would definitely use them again.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Received a fair price for the repair. I will use them again for any future repairs.

I was greeted by Bonnie on the phone- she was very polite and knowledgable. She quickly set up an appointment and Ron came out within 4 hours to fix it. Ron provided a skilled service and gave tips for dishwasher maintenance. The process was easy and efficient. Highly recommend!

They advised what was wrong w/estimate; when I asked if really worth fixing the problem on an old dw, they advised if further problems down the road may be a real problem getting a timer or other specialty parts for a 20 year old dishwasher. Could have just fixed this and then I would have wasted my money when problems in the future which would have occurred with a dw this old .

Ron came out on a Thursday and the company called on Sunday that our part was in and Ron could come back out the next day. He was on time, the installation of the new part was simple and fast, and now we have a light in our oven again. We were very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Eastside Maytag Home Appliance and won't hesitate to call them again with any future repairs on our appliances.

I called one day and received service the next day. A very pleasant friendly gentleman named Al arrived as scheduled and within minutes was able to determine the problem. He replaced a worn part which took care of the problem and the washer works fine. I was more than pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It worked as designed but did not get our clothes clean & made them wrinkled. They allowed us to exchange it for a different washer.

Overall, the job went well. They were timely. They got to us the next day. They were very professional. They told when the parts would be in. They were in on time. They came and fixed it. We had to pay for the repair.

They are good people. They are very nice. They are honest. They do not change you a lot.

They couldn't remove my old microwave or replace it with a new one and they also messed up my tile. They were very responsive and punctual, and if I use them again, I'll be sure to check with who they send out.
