drain pipe, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreDonald came on time and actually advised a much better and cheaper way to put a new toilet and sink in bathroom. He appeared clean cut professional kind and courteous. He made sure the work was completed and my 2 cats were not affected by the work nor let out of the house. I would recommend him a thousand times.

+ 0 moreDon showed up, explained things well, and scheduled a time to come back and do the work. He never showed and didn't respond to voice mails. Lousy customer service.

sewer cleaning
+ -1 moreDon rented the equipment to do the job. Don got the cables stuck in my sewer system and then walked away. He left them there. I had to pay him $325.00 that day when he left. I had to pay another plumbing company to remove the cables. It cost me $1150.00 just to get Don's cables out of my system. After the other company removed the cables Don demanded to have the cables back and brought the police with him to get them. I am out a lot of money because of Don's mistake. He refuses to reimburse me for anything. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Description of Work: Don was supposed to clean out my sewer system.
