+ -1 moreWhile I am fairly literate technically, the relocation of all of our hardware was a major concern as we moved to our new home. These guys took care of everything. Their work was flawless, they were friendly and courteous, and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. If you are planning a move I strongly recommend you contact them!
Description of Work: Digital DNA played a major role in our move. They installed and set up our new ultrahd flat screen television, relocated three other flat screen televisions, relocated two Bose sound systems, set up Internet connection, connected printers to our computers in our new location and did troubleshooting on my wife's computer.

+ 0 moreHe was awesome.? He is very approachable and always troubleshoots.? It's a brand new system so we are learning how to use it and he always gives us new things we can do when we learned the old things he taught us so sometimes we forget.? Sometimes he'll just come over or repair it through his computer because he can link to our computer too.? The whole thing was amazing.? It is fabulous; my laundry room has a closet that has a tower in it with all of the brains in the house.? We have closet TV, cameras with?three locations and things that we can control remotely with our IPod if we are on vacation if we want.? I don't even know that he could do all that stuffs but he is so smart.? We already recommended him to my husband's co-worker.
Description of Work: He worked with us right after we moved in. We are still working with him and we talk about it all the time. The price includes installation, electronics; he hooked up eight TVs for us and they are all wireless connected through the wall; you can't see any wires. He put our cabin for our wires or AV system and TV channels. I can watch multiple channels on one TV if I want to.
