+ 3 moreWe hired Danielle to do some yard work & landscaping initially on a house we were flipping, and while working on that we hired her to paint the garage and deck of the house. That was done superbly, so we hired her to clean the gross interior walls and then paint. Each project she did propelled us to request her to work on even more - tiling the bathroom and kitchen, cleaning and painting the basement, and several areas of drywall repair and casing - just about anything that wasn't already contracted out. She worked without needing our oversight and offered suggestions to increase the market value of the flip. She helped tremendously in taking what was once an eyesore and turning it into the most successful of four house flips. She works hard!

Description of Work: She did interior and exterior painting, handymen services, including lawn care, landscaping and general maintenance on the house like fixing broken door knobs and light sockets.
