The experience was wonderful.They were professional and courteous and speedy. They did a wonderful job. Both of our houses were sold within 10 days. They don't overprice just to get the contract. They sell them at a fair price. They told us exactly what they thought we were going to get out of it. They are very honest and they take their time. They do comparables in the city of the same size, room-wise and property. The realtor was with another company for 13 years and she has been with Cutler for a while now. They are very informative and they do what they say they are going to do. When we call, we don't wait for days for an answer. They get back to us right away or as soon as possible, usually within minutes unless they are out with other clients. They keep in contact with everything that is happening and every change. They keep in contact with the broker and loan agent. We don't have to sit back and wait on calls or information and wonder where we are at. Marsha Keim has absolutely been excellent. We've never had a realtor that is as conscientious. We are so happy with them. We've never been happier. We have dealt with this agent on multiple occasions but this is the first time we've actually used them company.

They were mostly helpful and maybe not so great after we put in our offer. They are not very good at the follow up. They are a little slow at the follow up.
