+ -1 moreALTHOUGH COPPERSMITH WAS (BY FAR) THE HIGHEST OF THREE ORIGINAL ESTIMATES THAT WE RECEIVED, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE THAT GENUINELY LISTENED TO OUR WANTS AND NEEDS. THE WORK AREAS WERE CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS FRIENDLY. ONCE THE JOB WAS STARTED IT WENT QUICKLY. WE DID HAVE ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE APPEARANCE OF A GUTTER DOWNSPOUT CONNECTION TO THE UNDERGROUND CONNECTOR. NOT ONLY DID DAVE APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING, HE CALLED IN A PLUMBER AND REWORKED ALL 3 UNDERGROUND CONNECTIONS JUST TO MAKE ALL THE DOWNS MATCH EACH OTHER (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE).
Description of Work: RE-ROOFED OUR HOME AND GARAGE. ALSO INSTALLED COPPER GUTTERS ON OUR HOUSE AND ALUMINUM GUTTERS ON OUR GARAGE.

+ -1 moreI LIKED THAT THEY HAD A SUPERVISOR THAT AND DIDN'T TELL ME THEY WERE COMING JUST TO INSPECT THE WORK. I THOUGHT THAT WAS NICE THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND SEEMED PLEASANT (SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO DO A GOOD JOB).
