I have hired them several times. They are the company I use when I need my carpets cleaned. I am very happy with their services.

They aren't the cheapest in town, but they get the stains out. I really think they are a great company, which is why I've hired them so many times.

When they arrived, they told us that they couldn't guarantee that they could get the tough red wine stain out. Thankfully they were able to get the stain out. You name it, and they will clean it.

The salesman was professional and courteous. When I expressed concern that the carpet was really dirty after a tenant moved out, he assured me that COIT would have no trouble cleaning it. "It's not bad at all." So I decided to take the leap and spend the $150. Maybe it was $135 + tax. I was under the impression that the person giving me the quote was also the person doing the work. That was an incorrect assumption on my part. The salesman was smooth and scheduled the appt even though I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend that much money. He said I could always call to cancel if I wanted. (Nice sales technique and it ended up being effective.) The appointment was scheduled about ten days ahead of time so that I could be the first appt of the day. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the service person let me know that he'd be out mid-afternoon. When I told him that I was supposed to be first, he said he'd call everyone back to reschedule their appointments. I told him that I could be flexible. I rearranged my day to meet him since I was supposed to be at work. I wasn't able to stay to see the job completed or discuss the viability of removing the spots on the carpet. Instead my husband met them to pay them. At the end of the day, the spots were not all removed. The carpet was cleaner, but if this was COIT Clean, then COIT Clean can be just as easily replaced with the clean that you get when you rent the rug doctor from Home Depot or Marc's. When I replied to their postcard inquiry I stated that I was not impressed with the carpet cleaning. They offered to come out and reclean, but by that time, I already had a new tenant move in and I didn't want to inconvenience them. In short, COIT has a very professional salesman, and average service.

They were prompt, professional and thorough. If there were any questions or concerns they broght them to my attention and asked my direction. Before departing they checked to see if I would check their work to ensure all was to my satisfaction.

Carpet Cleaning and Upholstrey Cleaning

It was okay. Everything was fine and they did a good job. They were absolutely punctual and responsive. They had done some window cleaning the year before. They did a good job with the windows as well as the carpet. They said they gave us a 40 percent discount. He came right on time.

They did a good job, that's who I have used in the past. I am very satisfied - it was steam cleaning. They are the only company I've ever used because they had been recommended to me. They came on time, did the job I requested and they did extra spraying when I had spots. They were very professional.

They came out and gave a free estimate. They were very easy to schedule and meet my needs. They showed up promptly and called a half an hour ahead to tell me they would be on time. The worker was very polite and delightful. He did all the spot cleaning. Before he left he made sure were absolutely satisfied with the work and offered to re-do any areas we were not completely satisfied with.

They were very efficient, fast and very professional.

They took the blinds with them, cleaned them, brought them back and hung them. They did a very, very good job. We were very, very happy with them.

I've had them for years and I would always return to them. The carpet cleaning they do is just excellent work. They come on time and are very professional workers. They do very good work for their price.

They did a just OK job. They had to redo a oriental rug because they didn't do it right the first time.

They did a beautiful job, and it is guaranteed. Everything they do is guaranteed. You couldn't beat them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good experience. We've used Coit twice, and both times thought our carpet looked brand new after they were done (that says a lot since we have two dogs and cream colored carpet!!). The technician is punctual and polite and works quickly. After the carpet dried, we noticed a stain that came up from the pad. We called Coit, and they immediately scheduled the technician to come back and re-clean the area free of charge.

It's an expensive bit of household maintenance, but it was very well worth it to me. I had been having trouble breathing in the evenings after having turned on the furnace. The problems disappeared the day the ducts were cleaned.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 10 YEARS. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

THEY DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB ON THE CARPETING THAT I THOUGHT WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. IT'S NOW A WEEK LATER AND I'M STILL AMAZED AT WHAT A GOOD JOB THE DID. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND IT WORKED OUT PERFECTLY.

THET DID A GREAT JOB AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR DRAPERY CLEANING.

RESPONSIVE IN SUBMITTING BID, VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND COULD GET THE JOB DONE IN OUR TIME FRAME.

RIP OFF. THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE.

WELL LIKE I SAID I DON'T THINK THEY DID A GOOD ENOUGH JOB THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED.
