Description of Work: Follow-up visit. Ever since the install of my water Softener, my Hot Water tank sounds like it has an Angry Cat inside it. This is due to having an older home with no check valve or expansion tank. My hot water tank is nearing End of Life so I will have an expansion tank installed when I replace it. Clear Water Systems has always been responsive to my times during the install and the follow up service call which I was not charged for. We were much more satisfied over the Culligan Man.

Description of Work: I used this service for over 30 years. As time went by, they got harder and harder to work with. Finally, my system went down and I called for repair service. They said it would take 3 weeks to come out. One week before the serviceman was due to come out, he called me and said it was a waste of time for him to come out since my system was old and needed to be replaced. How could he know that without checking the condition of my system? I told him to cancel my service.

Description of Work: Install water softener and reverse osmosis system. I selected them given that they are authorized Kenetico equipment providers. I have had to have them return to my home twice to repair a leak with plumbing they routed to the softener.

Description of Work: In November 2013 Clearwate installed a new Kinetco water softner replacing a Culligan. In March 2014, I felt the unit was not using the proper salt amount. I called clearwater and they responded within a cuple of days and fix the problem. The technicians werere very professional and went about their work in a disciplined manner.

+ -1 moreAppointment made and kept within a reasonable window of time. Service person had some plumbing modifications to do along with installation. Installation finished when promised and some instructions on how to operate system were given. A small leak developed after the installation and the company came back to repair.
Description of Work: Water quality from well had changed since moving in. We had them re-test the water, install a new Ph adjustment tank and adjust the water softener settings.

There were no sales pressure to purchase, the salesmen just presented the information in a clear understandable format and answered all of our questions and let us decide on our own and let us call him back later.
