Description of Work: they were very unprofessional and rude! They were hired to clean out a computer and get it ready for sale, when we got it back nothing had been erased from the hard drive. The owner was very short and rude to us when we called to see why it had not been done, and they had the computer for several weeks.

Description of Work: we did not bother, our neighbors had one heck of a time with this provider and they were quite rude on the phone

+ -1 morecalled the owner and asked for a refund since the work was not complete, he was quite rude and lied to us yet again. very poor customer sevrvice!
Description of Work: these people took our money and did not perform the work they said they did. We had a used computer to sell and just wanted them to flush it out and get all our personal data off so we could sell it, the office we sold it to was a friend (thankfully) because all of our personal pictues and info was still on it.
