Was very pleased with service. Got a call quickly and a quote within a few hours. Turnaround time from start to finish was great. Only complaint was cleanup. Found screws laying around on garage floor and driveway, luckily no flat tires.

I called on a Monday morning, explained that the cable was broken on the garage door. I was told that Wednesday was the sooniest I could get service. I explained that I needed my car to go to work, and both cars were in the garage, so I would call someone else. I was then told someone would call me in 5 mins. The call came; 20 minutes later ED came. He was professional; explained some things to me which were very helpful; started and finished the job, and was on his way. It has been a week and the door is quiet and works like a charm! Thank God for ED!!!

I needed some repairs to the coil on my garage door and they came out the next day and fixed it properly. They even fine tuned how the door closed! Excellent service!

THE DOOR WAS NOT DELIVERED AND INSTALLED WHEN PROMISED (TWICE) I MISSED WORK DUE TO THIS... THE TRACT THAT WAS INSTALLED IS LOWER THE THE OLD TRACK AND I CANNOT OPEN THE DOOR FROM MY HOUSE THE GARAGE.. CLEANUP WAS POOR ..I HAD TO CLEN UP SCREWS FROM INSIE THE GARAGE AND IN THE DRIVEWAY BEFORE I COULD PULL ANY VEHICE IN THE DRIVEWAY.. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS VERY NICE AND TRIED TO MAKE SOME THINGS RIGHT (SUCH AS THE DELAY IN INSTALATION) the price on the whole project was very good even though i hace to replace an inside door
