Initially when they had called in the morning, you folks were setting it off by some miscommunication. Apparently there was a problem with the phone line or something. So he didn't get back to me until later in the day, and that was when he first he got the message. However, even though he was behind, he got out there a day later in the evening, he was very well prepared, he had all the equipment with him, he was able to do the repair on the spot, get my door fixed on the same day.
