Initial contact was made within 1/2 hr. Even though it was Sunday, he said he would come out by the afternoon which he did. Could not replace type of springs I had that day, but said he would the next day. Springs again not available from supplier that day, but would come next day. Once springs available, he replaced the old ones and replaced 2 pullies at no additional charge.

Right on time, and diagnosed and repaired problem in short order. Very personable. Finding this kind of help is very satisfying.

Pros: Quick response, same day service. he diagnosed the problem very quickly & seems to know garage doors well. The job took about 10 minutes to complete. He reset the spring, put the wheels back on the track & greased them. He replaced 2 (tiny) parts. Cons: initial quote was $100. There were 2 tiny parts replaced (which he had in his truck) that he wanted to charge $10 extra for. For such a quick and easy fix, i think $110 was too much to charge. But, when it was time to pay, i asked if $100 would be okay & he agreed to it. so, overall, i'm satisfied.

Installation replacing the 17 year old garage door opener was perfect. Took only 1 hour. He took the time to point out other issues with the door itself with no pressure to act on them during the time he was on site. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

the gentleman that serviced my garage door was very good. He could have sold me two springs but showed me why I only needed the one. He then made adjustments so the door wouldn't jam, stop and go in the other direction without me having to hold the house button in until it was all the way open or closed.

At first I thought they did an excellent job, but then the opener started to act up again with the same problem and they are not even returning my calls, so what good is the the warranty he gave me. The parts he replaced sometimes work but now I will have to have someone else repair it properly.
