Once the garage door and automatic opener were installed and I had a problem with the automatic opener, the installer would not come back out to see what the problem was or even return my phone calls or emails. I paid the installer in full in cash for the door installation and for the opener installation once the work was completed. He promised he would email the receipts and he has not done that. I am surprised that having paid to be listed on this website that he would neglect to keep his customers happy. I would not recommend this installer because has poor customer care service skills.

Was on line before 7am on Sat. he called just before 7am. Came in a timely manner and the door was fix by 10am. Price was great.

I was very pleased with the price and the work.

When we spoke he was to be at my house 8-10am the next day. The day of the appointment about 9:45 he called and said he was going to be about an hour late, he was stuck in traffic. At 11:45am he still was not there so I called him he was a few minutes away. When he got to my house, at noon, his wife and a puppy were the truck (they did not get out of the truck and the truck did not have any business name on it. It looked more like his personal truck). It took him 15-20 minutes to fix my door.
