I wanted to replace one of my garage door openers but it was not an emergency. Even though it was not an emergency, Scott came out immediately. He gave me several options for a new system and quickly installed my new opener. I was so pleased with his work and the price that I had him install another opener on my other garage door. In addition he looked over the condition of my garage doors and gave me maintenance suggestions. I highly recommend Complete Garage Solutions!

Scott came out, measured things, gave me the good news that he could make things work again and was very positive about everything. I was still shopping 2 other companies but I ended up going with him because of his price. He came out a week later and got to work. Although he ran into issues with my old, sad garage he explained what needed to happen. The garage door was done but we wanted a new opener installed. The garage door was quiet, smooth and I could literally lift it with one finger. I did the work he suggested and he came out the next week and got the Genie garage door opener installed very quickly. He went over everything he did, explained things to me and even took the time to talk to me about the Genie door opener company. He didn't have to do that but I appreciated the info. I highly recommend Complete Garage Solutions. I don't give out high ratings unless they are earned. Scott earned his 5 stars from me!

Scott showed up right on time, we went over the issues we were having with our garage door/opener, and he explained why things were happening the way they were. Rather than push for us to install a whole new system he said he could replace the missing eyes, program two new remotes for us, tighten the chain and lube the system. Once he was done, he pointed out what he'd done, gave us information on our opener and told us what we could do to keep the system in good working order. I'd recommend Scott to anyone who needs help with their garage door opener.
