Easy very easy

Thank you Scott. This is truly an honest company and businessman. Before finding this business I had contacted two other companies who charged to come out and quote me on a spring replacement. Upon arrival and looking at garage they both immediately went into up sale mode. I needed left and right end and center bearings, two springs, new cables, rollers, bottom plates, and a new garage door. It was awful. When I refused their service they proceeded to give me their good, better, best offer. The third company quoted me over the phone but the cost was still more than what I had researched what it was to replace the spring. Upon contacting Complete Garage Garage Solutions, Scott provided quote and the price was what my research said it would be. When Scott arrived he went right to work. Not once did he try to up sale me on any additional parts. One of my screws was missing and I asked if he could replace. He did. The spring is replaced and everything is working fine. It only took Scott less than 30 minutes to complete the job. It was a very pleasant experience and restored my faith in working with an honest company/businessman. I made sure to get Scott's business card for the future and I will be referring him to my neighbor who is in need of garage repair. Again thank you Scott.
