Called them, responded same day, came and looked at it. Came the following day and finished the job in an hour! very efficient.

The installers were very nice and courteous.

They did a great job . They had to replace the garage opener . They were here around one hour . I am very happy with their work although they said I would receive a receipt in my email but no receipt was ever sent .

Glad I selected Scott and his son (the installer). Scott was timely with setting up the initial appt, communication and follow up, and setting up the installation. Installation was completed very efficiently. Did have a hiccup with the doors but this was not due to any negligence - just an unfortunate honest error (factory sent the wrong doors). The situation is in the process of being resolved - which has made more work for Scott and his son but again good communication and follow-up. I would use this company again and will recommend them in the future.
