carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThey said they were approved by Angie's List and said they were calling to see if I wanted to set up another appointment for carpet cleaning. They stated that I had used them in the past, although at the time I really didn't recall using them. It ended up being a Horrible experience. They were in and out in no time and didn?t do a good job at all. They also did not bother to spot treat the carpet or put anything under the furniture to protect the wood on my furniture and were very unprofessional. I ended up going back through my records and discovered that I had not ever used them previously, so they are soliciting business by lying. I?m not even sure they are cleaning the carpet, it wasn?t steamed cleaned ? I think they were just throwing solution down on the carpet.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean my carpets.
