Budget Dumpster Rental

Description of Work: Budget Dumpsters has an up front cheaper cost than most dumpster companies, but they nickel and dime you for everything. Nothing is stated in the paperwork provided what is considered overfilled. Because the dumpster being "overfilled" the company charged $150 for coming out and not taking the dumpster. I can accept that charge. We had removed debris from the dumpster enough to not be considered "overfilled" and contacted the company to come back and pick up the dumpster. They apparently came to pick up the dumpster and stated it was too heavy and needed to come back with a bigger truck. This should not be the customer's fault that they did not have a big enough truck. Because of this, we have occurred another $150 fee. There is no way to know that the dumpster is overweight. When speaking with a supervisor over the issue, the supervisor was non-sympathetic or understanding about the situation. The supervisor continued to keep blaming me for knowing when the dumpster was too heavy. Unfortunately I did not weigh everything when placing in the dumpster to know whether the dumpster was overweight. Most of the debris in the dumpster is wood, old doors, brush and some old garden tools. The dumpster company keeps stating there is dirt in the dumpster, but the only dirt in the dumpster is from the root ball of a bush. We have taken the time to remove as much dirt from the root as possible, the rest is unable to come off. I have never heard of a dumpster company being so particular about the weight after being filled.
